Half days are 5 hours or less and convert to full days after 5 hours. If you have a half-day package, two passes will be deducted for a full day unless otherwise specified.
Full days are 5 hours or more. Full-day passes cannot be split into half days. However, two half days can be used for a full day of play.
Daycare drop-off and pick-up times are flexible within our regular hours, and for your convenience, we also offer early drop-off and late pick-up options for an additional fee. We offer a maximum of one hour of additional play for early drop offs and late pick ups.
We require all clients to book 24 hours in advance to attend daycare and do not admit dogs without an approved reservation. There is no fee for standard daycare cancellations, but same-day cancellations for early drop-offs and/or late pick-ups will incur a charge.
We reserve the right to pause or cancel service if a dog’s behaviour presents a safety concern.
All dogs must be vaccinated against Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella and be neutered/spayed after 7 months of age.
Our facility cannot accommodate dogs in heat.

The cost of an overnight stay covers a full 24-hour period. Any visits exceeding 24 hours will be subject to an additional daycare charge.
We have a 48-hour grace period for boarding cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48-hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50 percent of the total reservation cost. Please bring all of your dog's food and medications, if needed. We supply beds, blankets, and toys.

Grooming prices are dependant on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, and temperament. While a quote is a rough estimate of cost, we cannot guarantee prices without observing your dogs condition and
temperament.
We have a one-hour grace period for pick ups and a 24-hour grace period for cancellations. We cannot honour appointments for those who arrive more than 15 minutes late. There is a charge of 25 dollars outside of these windows. Please anticipate a minimum of two to three hours for all appointments. We require that all dogs have been professionally groomed within the last 12 weeks to be groomed with us. Our salon does not have capacity for matted dogs and we reserve the right to deny service in severe cases.

Dog walking is available Monday to Friday only. We do not offer walks on weekends or statutory holidays.
Walks must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We will try to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
‍Cancellations must be made by 8:00 AM on the day of service. Cancellations after this time will be charged the full walk rate. Dogs must wear a secure collar or harness and be up to date on rabies and core vaccinations.
Dogs showing signs of illness (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, etc.) will be given a rest day, and the walk will be cancelled for their safety and others'.
We reserve the right to pause or cancel walks if a dog’s behaviour presents a safety concern.
In extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, icy sidewalks, extreme heat/cold), walks may be shortened or cancelled. You will not be charged for walks cancelled due to weather.

Carpooling is available Monday to Friday for dogs enrolled in daycare, grooming, or boarding. Flat rate fees apply for one-way or round-trip transport.
‍Carpool services must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. No cancellations are accepted on the day of service.
Dogs are securely attached using a seatbelt harness that we provide. All dogs must come in their gear, including a leash, harness, or collar for safe transport.
Only compatible dogs are grouped for transport based on size and temperament.
Up-to-date vaccinations are required to participate in carpooling.

At Camp Canine, we ask all clients to treat staff, pets, and others with respect, and to keep dogs securely leashed (non-retractable) and under control at all times on the property. Dogs must be walked into our facility and cannot be retrieved by our staff members. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and free from illness, fleas, or ticks before attending. Please arrive and depart on time, and give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. We rely on honest communication about your dog’s health and behavior to provide safe, quality care. Unless you opt out, you consent to your pet’s photo or video use for Camp Canine promotions.
