Does my dog have to complete a meet & greet to attend Camp?

Yes, all dogs are required to complete a meet & greet to attend daycare or overnight boarding. A meet & greet is an evaluation to make sure we are the correct fit for your dog and vice versa. Your dog will be introduced to our staff and Once your dog has been deemed ready to enter the open play space, we ask that they stay for a minimum of two hours to get comfortable with our pack. They are also welcome to stay for the full day of play!

Are dogs separated by size?

We have two playrooms, which gives us the flexibility to group dogs based on their size and play style. When everyone meshes well, we use one playroom so all their friends can play together. If some dogs prefer a quieter environment or a different pace, we’ll open up both spaces to keep everyone happy and comfortable.

Are dogs ever left unsupervised?

No! In daycare, dogs are always supervised, with a dedicated counselor in each play area to ensure safe, appropriate play and oversight by first-aid trained staff. For boarding, we provide round-the-clock on-site presence to keep your pup safe and cared for at all times.

Can I see my dog in daycare?

Puppies can be groomed starting at 12 weeks old or once they're fully vaccinated—whichever comes first. It includes a bath, blow dry, brush out, face trim, sanitary trim, and pawdicure. This session helps your pup get comfortable with the grooming salon, the tools, and our team, laying the foundation for a positive, lifelong grooming routine. We recommend scheduling their first full groom about 4 weeks after their Puppy Pamper to keep that comfort and confidence growing!
