Policies
We require all clients to book 24 hours in advance to attend daycare and do not admit dogs without an approved reservation. There is no fee for standard daycare cancellations, but same-day cancellations for early drop-offs and/or late pick-ups will incur a charge. All dogs must be vaccinated against Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella and be neutered/spayed after 7 months of age. Our facility cannot accommodate dogs in heat. Daycare packages are non-refundable.
Policies
Overnight campers must complete a Meet & Greet and two additional days at camp before they can be admitted to boarding. We have a 48-hour grace period for boarding cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48-hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50 percent of the total reservation cost. All dogs must be vaccinated against Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella and be neutered/spayed after 7 months of age. Our facility cannot accommodate dogs in heat. Boarding packages are non-refundable
